WO 1 ETP (AQM) Mohamad Noorfazli bin Ariffin was born at Hospital Duchess of Kent Sandakan, Sabah, on 28 August 1979, and raised at Sungai Petani, Kedah. He is the eldest from four siblings. He joined the Royal Malaysian Navy on 28 June 1999 and had his basic recruit training at KD Pelandok, Lumut Naval Base intake 182/99. He was selected to join the Marine Technology Diploma Program (DTM) for four years.
During his service, he served at KD Sri Inderasakti before he was selected to join KD Rajawali as an air technician. After completing his course at KD Rajawali, he was appointed to the 501 Squadron to operate the Super Lynx helicopter. Later, he was selected to join the Air Quartermaster course at PULATIBANG 2 Alor Setar Kedah. After that, he continued training with No.3 Squadron TUDM with Nuri (S61A-4) helicopter for two years. After completing his course, he returns to 501 Squadron to operate a Super Lynx helicopter as an Air Quartermaster and an Air Technician. He is now also a qualified Air Quartermaster Instructor for Super Lynx Helicopter.
During his service, he was appointed to several essential exercises and missions. This includes Bersama LIMA, OSTEX, Kerismas, Taming Sari, SAR MH 370, SAR USS John MC Cain, Ops Fajar 19 and many more.
He has married Mrs Sarifah Rafidah bt Sayed Baharom and was blessed with three children. He is very friendly and easy to approach and loves outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking and fishing.

Born on 2 May 1975 in Sungai Buloh Selangor and the eldest of seven siblings. Entered the RMN service on 15 August 1996 (Intake 176) at RMN WOODLANDS BARRACK, Singapore and was subsequently absorbed into the RDP (Radar Plotter) specialized sailors branch. He is married to Mrs Siti Ardianah Yati binti Mahlan and has a son. Received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Hutan Melintang and secondary at Sekolah Menengah Dato’ Sagor Langkap Perak.
During the service period , Warrant Officers were stationed in several ship units and bases, namely KD LEKIR, KD JERAI, KD LAKSAMANA TUN ABDUL JAMIL, Markas Armada TLDM, KD JEBAT, KD PENDEKAR, Markas Wilayah Laut I, KD KASTURI and PUSTAKMAR. Warrant Officers also had the opportunity to attend the CMS TACTICOS, DA 08, WM22 and IFF Operator Courses for the KD KASTURI SLEP Project in Hengelo, Netherlands in 2012 and 2013. In addition, Warrant Officers is active in football and futsal sports organized by the unit.
In recognition of the committed and disciplined, the top management of RMN supported and agreed for Warrant Officers to be appointed as Pegawai Waran Markas (PWM) for the 4th Western Fleet Command Headquarters from 10 May 2021.

WO I SWF (GI)Shahairul Nizad bin Sahlin was born on 18 Sept 1981 at No 65 Lorong Fasa 1, Taman Seri Wang, 02600 Arau, Perlis. He received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tengku Budriah Arau Perlis. He then continued his studies at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Arau Perlis until Form 5. He married Puan Noor Bazura binti Yakkob on 4 June 2005 and still not endowed with children.
Interest in uniforms and a deep desire since school as well as making his father a former SMR Semboyan as an examplein his career, he applied to join the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) in early 2000 through (Recruitment 185/01) by sitting for an interview recruitment organized by TLDM in Kangar Perlis. His ambitions came true when he was accepted to serveon 31 July 2000. After completing basic military training at PULAREK Tg. Pengelih Johor, he has been accepted into the PPP Expertise Branch(PAP).
With the trust given by the highest level of TLDM, he is interested in continuing his service up to 26 years. In the Service, he has been stationed in several TLDM ships units such as KD MAHAWANGSA, KD BELADAU AND KAPAL AUKSILIARI TUN AZIZAN as a Weapons Senior Noncommissioned Officer at Pusat Operasi Armada Wilayah Laut 2. In addition, he has also been stationed in several base units such as KD MALAYA, MPPL, Protela Lumut, Protela Sandakan, MPA Timur (N1) next on 15 July 2022 he was appointed as the Pegawai Waran Markas (PWM) of the Eastern Fleet Command Headquarters.
Throughout his career, he was also involved in several real operations such as Ops Daulat in Sabah waters. He is also involved in several exercises with Foreign Countries such as the Philippine Ship around the country's waters. He performs his duties and responsibilities with excellence and has extensive knowledge in the field of Sailors and TLDM, it allows him to master his field of work and beable to train and become a Professional Coach at KD SRI SANDAKAN and can guide & lead subordinates with his own skills and expertise.
The contribution and devotional service he gave is very noble and deserves to be looked up to. He is a person who likes to care about the welfare and gives thoroughness to the members under his auspices in accordance with his jurisdiction as a Warrant Officer. Commitment, dedication, achievement not only arise from fulfilling one's duty, but the willingness to sacrifice energy and time by putting aside personal interests to serve the Nation and Country. His contribution has been well proven because he was awarded by the Tengku Raja of Perlis, Pingat Jasa Kebaktian on 13 June 2022 at Istana Arau, Perlis and several Excellent Service Certificates in 2017 and also Anugerah Bintara Berkualiti in 2021.
The authority and service displayed is not only due to duty but also due to the nature of loyalty to the service and the attitude of heroism that is never selfish. With military knowledge, extensive experience and a high professional attitude consistent with his rank and a person who is dedicated in giving the best in his service, he has been trusted to assume the position of Headquarters Warrant Officer at the Eastern Fleet Command Headquarters on July 15, 2022. Eastern Fleet Command Headquarters TLDM currently holds Under Protection Units (UBN) such as Ships at the Kota Kinabalu TLDM Base Mooring, Semarang Reconnaissance Group, Kota Kinabalu Air Station.

WO I MTH Anuar bin Hj sahran was born in Felda Chemplak Barat, labis Johor on 13 March 1977. He is the youngest of 9 siblings. Began to join the Royal Malaysian Navy Service (RMN) on 23 December 1996 and underwent basic recruit training in Pularek Woodlands, Singapore in the 177/96 intake recruitment and was absorbed into the Marine Technician Hull (MTH) Kimpu Apprentice scheme.
Throughout his service, he has been stationed on ships and units in the RMN, including KD HANG TUAH, KD MUSYTARI, KD KASTURI, KD SRI INDRASAKTI, KD PELANDOK, Fleet Maintenance Depot, UPS TLDM Lumut, KD SRI SANDAKAN, Marine Region 2 Logistics Depot, Depot Logistics Marine Region 1, MPPL TLDM and Naval Headquarters Infrastructure Branch. On 29 October 2021 he was appointed a Warrant Officer of the Marine Region 1 Headquarters.
He is active and involved in social activities with members and the surrounding community. He has also been involved in a series of important trainings and operations throughout his tenure. Among the operations that have participated are Ops Fajar 08/09 and many more. He was married to Puan Liyana binti Ahmad and was blessed with 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. He is also active in sports activities organized by the Headquarters and Units and has represented the RMN in petanque and rugby. He is also easy to approach with the local community and easy to get along with subordinates and officers.

WO I RGR Mohd Iskandar Mirza bin Ishak was born in Kluang General Hospital, Johor on 6 Nov 1984 and is the eighth child of twelve siblings. Started joining the Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) on 20 July 2005 and underwent basic recruit training at KD SULTAN Ismail TLDM Young Soldiers Training Center. Is an intake of 196 and has been absorbed into the seafarer branch in the Regulating Rating (RGR) specialty. Throughout his service he was stationed on several ships and bases. Among the ships he has served are KD PARI, KD SRI TIGA. Meanwhile, the services at TLDM bases are KD SRI SANDAKAN, KD SRI MEDINI, Special Investigation Branch (CPM ATM Johor bahru), Protela Lumut, Marine Region 2 Headquarters and now at Marine Region 2 Headquarters as HEADQUARTERS WARRANT OFFICER.
On 4 Feb 2022, he was appointed as a Headquarters Warrant Officer at the Marine Region 2 Sandakan Sabah Headquarters and as a recognition in service, also involved in charity and social work with members and the surrounding community. He easily interacts with members and officers as well as all levels of the local community and performs religious activities and is active in the field of sports. During his service, he was indirectly involved in various exercises with warships from foreign countries such as the Philippines. The authority and dedication that has been shown not only arises from the obligation to the task but also driven by the nature of loyalty to the country and does not prioritize personal interests. For perseverance, loyalty to the country and service and professional attitude in the performance of duties.
He was married to Puan Junidah binti Saripudin and has now been blessed with 3 children, 2 boys and a girl and now lives at the Lorong 2 Block 18 Lot E160 Taman Airport Batu 7,90000 Sandakan, Sabah.

Born in Langkawi Island, Kedah. The eldest in the family of 6 siblings and born on Jan 23, 1977. Joined the RMN service on June 28, 1999 from the 182/99 intake and was absorbed into the Tactical Communication (KMT). WO I COMM (I) Sarfarizal bin Md Saad is married to Mrs. Hasna binti Ab Wahab from Jerantut, Pahang on 31 August 2003 and currently serving as a Nurse at Pangkor Island Health Clinic, Perak. From their marriage, they are blessed with 3 children. He obtained his education from Ulu Melaka Primary School and Tuanku Putra Secondary School, Pulau Langkawi, Kedah before taking the STPM examination at Mahsuri Secondary School, Langkawi Island, Kedah.
Throughout the tenure of his service, WO I COMM (I) Sarfarizal bin Md Saad served in several units as well as RMN ships such as ex KD SRI SARAWAK, SKTLDM Kuantan, KD MAHAWANGSA, SKTLDM Lumut, KD LEKIU, Maritime Resource Center and History of RMN ( PUSMAS TLDM), KD JEBAT, KD PELANDOK and is now a Warrant Officer for the Headquarters of Education and Training (MPPL). He has been one of the authoritects of the Malaysian Communication Publication Vol II (MANCO Vol II) reference booklet for the 2013 and 2019 editions of the 2019 edition.
He is also a Warrant Officer responsible for the Improvement of the Training and Communication Syllabus System in 2012 and 2018. He is also the operator of the Fleetwork Trainer Simulator training system since it has upgraded its existing system and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Communication expertise. Throughout the service WO I COMM (I) Sarfarizal bin Md Saad has also been given the opportunity to attend several courses such as Telegon Migrate 10 Course, Language Writing Course, Communication On The Move (COTM), Electronic Warfare Course, SATCOM ATM Course and several others courses. Having a great experience and knowledge in communication expertise, especially Tactical Communication, he was often called to be a trainer for ships as well as to engage with the Assessment Team between the RMN Headquarters. A committed, disciplined, and knowledgeable person, he is a role model for all levels of the Other Rank especially for trainees under MPPL command.
WO I COMM (I) Sarfarizal bin Md Saad is also active in sports such as Football and Futsal. He once represented the units in several tournaments organized by the Formation Headquarters. To fill his spare time he preferred to enjoy with family. With the confidence of the highest leadership of MPPL, WO I COMM (I) Sarfarizal bin Md Saad was officially elected on 18 Apr 2019 as Warrant Officer for the Headquarters of RMN Education and Training.

WO 1 RGR Irwan Fairoz bin Mat Ariff was born on Sept 08, 1979, at Ipoh General Hospital and raised in Felda Gunung Besout 5, Sungkai Perak. Married with Mrs Hayati binti Jamal and endowed with five sons. Started to join Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) on Oct 27, 1999, at RMN Lumut Base Recruitment Training Center and was applied into Regulating Rating branch (RGR).
Throughout the service, he has served at numbers of ships and base unit starting by KD Sri Tawau and followed by PROTELA Labuan, PROTELA Kota Kinabalu, CPK Selangor, KD Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, SKTLDM Lumut, Fleet Supply Depot, KD Selangor, Headquarters Operational And Readiness and Headquarters Western Fleet.
Besides, he also successfully passed other career courses such as Facilitator and Self-Course Course, Training of Trainers (TOT) Course, Drug Loss Procedure Course, Training of Trainers (TOT) National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK), Military Courses Handling Course, Anti Narcotics Course, Basic CPM Investigation Course, Citizens Litigation and Escort Course, The Foundation Of Security Course, Internal Investigation Course and Security Management Course.
As a mark of appreciation for his excellent service, RMN awarded him with Excellent Service Award (APC) in 2007 at Unit Protela Kota Kinabalu, Quality Leading Awards and Excellent Service Awards at KD Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Headquarters Operational And Readiness and Quality Awards at FLEET SUPPLY DEPOT.
He is a positive person in a work that has been entrusted with leadership qualities and discipline, which has become a sub and has shown a dedication and commitment in carrying out his duties. He also held as the First Warrant Officer (WO) for the first RMN Headquarter Readiness on Dec 17, 2018, since it up until Dec 13 2019. WO 1 RGR Irwan Fairoz bin Mat Ariff was appointed as the fourth Warrant Officer (WO) for the National Hydrographic Center on Jun 18, 2020.

Originally from Ipoh, Perak. He reported to Recruit Training on October 28, 1999 (intake 183). Upon graduating, WO reported for duty as a Technician Marine Electrical System (TME(S)), which was then converted to Electrical Technician Power (ETP).
He has been married with Puan Farah Ashikin binti Zamberi and they have two lovely children. He was educated at Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Sri Kinta Ipoh and Sekolah Menengah Anderson Ipoh.
Throughout his naval service, he had served at several units in RMN such as UPS TLDM Lumut, FMD Lumut, ex KD Rentaka, RMN Stn Sierra, KD Malaya (as an attachement for preparation to sumbarine course), RMNHQ HR Developement (attachment submarine course), Submarine Force HQ (Combat System Staff) and Submarine Training Centre (Acoustic Sonar Trainer).
As his duty at those units in RMN, he had been selected as:

Originally from Tanah Merah, Kelantan. Joined NAVY and Recruit Training on March 1, 1999 (recruitment 181). Upon graduation, WO reported to work as a Marine Electrical Systems Technician (TME (S)), which was later converted to Power Electrical Technician (ETP).
He was married to Puan Noazura binti Mohd and they were blessed with 3 bright eyes. He was educated at Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Lawang, Batu Gajah and Sekolah Menengah Batu Gajah, Tanah Merah, Kelantan. During his 23 years in the navy, he has served in several TLDM units such as UPS TLDM Lumut, FMD Lumut, ex KD Sundang, KD Mahamiru. Report to the unit KD Rajawali on 9 October 2003 (as a career opening in preparation for the Air Technician course).
Upon completion of training, he gained more experience with some training and operations while on duty in the 501 Squadron unit, which operates the Super Lynx Mk100 helicopter. Involvement of detachments in TLDM ships such as FRIGATE and PATROL VESSEL and other TLDM units, as Air Technicians.
Has been appointed and trusted in many departments such as Instructor (2009- 2015) Training Manager (2016-2017) Quality and Assurance Manager (2018- 2020) also as a Flight Senior Maintenance Rating during detachment on board ship with some competent subordinates.

WO I CD Azman Nizam bin Abdullah was born on 11 April 1982, in Ranau, Sabah. Is the 3rd child of 6 siblings. Received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Togop Darat. Continuing secondary schooling at Lohan Ranau Secondary School, Sabah. Has established a household with Puan Nurul Wahidah binti Hamzah and is blessed with four bright eyes.
Warrant Officer Entered the service of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) on 28 May 01 and will complete 26 years of service on 27 May 27. He is an Intek Recruitment 187/01 and underwent recruit training at the KD SULTAN ISMAIL Training Center, Johor. Subsequently he was absorbed into the Sailors Branch in the specialty of Mine Divers. During his 20 years of service, he has been assigned to TLDM ships and bases such as KD LEDANG, KD MAHAMIRU, Pusat Selam, MAWILLA 1, RMN SSC, KD DUYONG, MPPL TLDM and Mk SPPA.
Before the Warrant Officer was appointed as PWM Mk SPPA, he went through the selection board interview process led by YBhg First Admiral Abdullah Sani bin Ismail, Commander of Diving and Mine Warfare (Mk SPPA) on 6 August 21. After going through the selection and evaluation process, YBhg The Commander agreed and nominated PW I PLM Azman Nizam bin Abdullah to YBhg Deputy Commander of the Navy for Approval. YBhg Deputy Commander of the Navy has approved the Warrant Officer as the Warrant Officer of Mk SPPA Headquarters. The official PWM appointment ceremony by YBhg Panglima was held on 24 Sep 21. The appointment of the second Diving Headquarters and Mine Warfare Warrant Officer since this position was introduced in 2015.
Throughout his tenure, he has attended various professional and military courses among them, the Teaching Techniques Course. Quality Control Course, Analysis and Design Course, Explosive Ordance Disposal (EOD) Course, Internal Quality Auditor Course, Identity and Team Building Course, Air Operations Course, Level 1 Sports Science Course and AFC ‘C’ Coaching Certificate Football Course. He is also active in football and has represented TLDM up to the ATM level and is now a TLDM football coach and has been awarded the TLDM Sports Excellence Award.

WO I RP (H)(I) Fairull Salehen bin Ja’afar was born on 26 March 1983 in Kg Sri Lukut Kahang Bt 28 Kluang Johor. He received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Felda Tenggaroh 02 Mersing Johor. He then continued his studies at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tenggaroh A until Form 5. He married Puan Norhidayati binti Othaman on 22 December 2006 and was blessed with 4 children, 2 daughters and 2 sons.
Armed with a deep interest and desire since school, he applied to join the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) in early 2000 (Recruitment 187/01) by sitting for a recruitment interview organized by the RMN in Kluang Johor. His ambitions came true when he was accepted to serve on 28 May 2001. After completing basic military training at PULAREK Tg. Pengelih Johor, he has been accepted into the RDP Expertise Branch (JTP).
With the trust given by the highest level of the RMN he is interested in continuing his service for up to 26 years. In his service he has been stationed in several TLDM ship units such as KD BELADAU, KD LEDANG, KD PERDANA, KD SRI INDERAPURA, KD SRI INDERASAKTI as Navigation staff and KD SELANGOR as Serang 2 and Operations center Supervisor. Apart from that, he was posted in several base units such as PASKAL, Skn 502, Pustakmar, MPPL (N7), KDSI Tg. Pengelih, MCC Tawau, MPAT (N5) and MPKS (N7). On 25 March 2022 he was appointed as Warrant Officer. Headquarters (PWM) TLDM Reserve Force Command Headquarters Sg. Lunchu Johor. Armed with deep interest and desire he has 4 additional specialties applied in TLDM including JTP Expertise Coach (I), Helicopter Contoller (H), Flight Deck Officer (FDO) and PR Strategic Relations (N7).
Throughout his career, he was also involved in several real operations such as rescuing 2x MISC ships from pirate captives in Somalia, Op Orkim Harmoni and Ops Daulat in Sabah Waters. He is also involved in several exercises with foreign countries such as CARAT, Bersama SHELL, Bersama LIMA, Bersama GOLD, MALZEA, BRUMAL, MALFHI and MALPURA around the country's waters and also abroad. Apart from that, he is also involved in operational visits abroad such as Thailand, Combodia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Oman, Yemen, Djibouti, Somalia, Philippines, Brunei, South Africa and India.
Throughout his career in the RMN, he has been able to perform his duties and responsibilities with excellence. With extensive knowledge in the field of Sailors and TLDM, it allows him to master his field of work and be able to train and become a Professional Coach at KDSI Tg. Pengelih and can guide & lead subordinates with his own skills and expertise.

With his military knowledge, vast experience and high professionalism in line with his rank and dedication in giving his best in his service, he was entrusted to assume the position of the first Headquarters Warrant Officer at the TLDM Reserve Force Command Headquarters on 25 March 2022. Headquarters The TLDM Reserve Force now holds Units Under the auspices (UBN) such as KD SRI MEDINI, KD SRI KLANG, KD SRI PINANG, KD SRI MANJUNG, KD SRI KUANTAN, PSTL Setiu, PSTL Kuching, PSTL Labuan, KD SRI LIKAS, KD SRI SANDAKAN and KD SRI TAWAU.

PW I PNK Yusseidi bin Yusuf was born on 8 December 1977 in Kulim, Kedah. It is the 2nd of five siblings. Obtained early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jenis (Cina) Karangan Kulim Kedah. Continuing secondary schooling at Sekolah Menengah Agama Insaniah Jangkang Kulim, Kedah. She was married to Puan Rusniza binti Ismail and was blessed with five children.
Warrant Officers entered the service of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) on 28 June 99 and will end their 26-year service on 27 June 25. He is a 182/99 Recruitment by undergoing Recruiting Training at the KD PELANDOK Recruitment Training Centre. He was then absorbed into the Supply Branch in the specialty of the General Clerk (KNA) now known as Administration and Finance (PNK). During his 24 years of service, he was assigned to ships and TLDM bases such as KD PELANDOK, KD LEKIR, SKTLDM Parit, Maritime Tactics Centre (PUSTAKMAR), MkTL SM-LLP, NETC and the latest unit at the Western Naval Logistics (WNL).
Prior to his appointment as Warrant Officer of WNL, he went through the interview process of the selection board chaired by First Admiral Saiful Bahri bin Baharudin, Commander of Western Logistics (PANGLOB) on 8 May 23. After going through the selection and evaluation process, the top management of the RMN has agreed to appoint PW I PNK Yusseidi bin Yusuf as the Warrant Officer of WNL. The appointment of Warrant Officer of WNL is the second since this post was introduced in 2015.
During his tenure, he attended various professional and military courses including, Department Records Management Course, Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) Course, Administrative Assistant Records Management Course, Flight Deck Officer Course (FDO), Warrant Officer Leadership Course 1/22, e-Courseware Development Course for e-Learning System and Written Instruction Material Course (WIM). He also holds a diploma in Business Management (UNITAR) and holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Political Science) from University of Science Malaysia (USM) Penang. He was passionate about writing and had produced several articles to contribute to the Samudera Magazine and The Queen's Bulletin. He is also active in football, futsal and badminton, and has represented the Formation Headquarters in the badminton competition of team events at the Mini Olympic Championship level.
He is a positive person and has always shown a keen interest in learning new things especially in the Supply Branch and Secretariat. Has extensive knowledge and experience in office administration and supply & secretariat division. For his excellence, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Award 5 times in 2004, 2008, 2011, 2015 and 2017. In remembrance of the service and sacrifice made to the RMN that he should be proud of, he was also awarded the Perak State Assembly Medal in 2012 and the Armed Forces Bentara Medal (BAT) in 2020.

He was the first Warrant Officer appointed as Command Warrant Officer (CWO) of Eastern Naval Logistic Head Quarters. He was born in Melaka and joined Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) on March 2000 after finished his schooling in Sekolah Menengah Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Batu Arang, Selangor. His batch was the first batch who had completing the training at Royal Malaysian Navy Recruitment Training Center (PULAREK) Tanjung Pengelih, Johor.
He has been served in KD HANG TUAH, KD SRI TAWAU, KD SULTAN ISMAIL, PUSAT KEPIMPINAN TLDM, DEPOT BEKALAN ARMADA, KD SRI INDERASAKTI, KD SRI SANDAKAN, KAPAL AUXILLARI TUN AZIZAN (KA TAZ), HEAD QUARTERS OF EASTERN NAVAL LOGISTIC AND HEAD QUARTERS OF EASTERN FLEET. His precious experience was to fulfil the limited operational requirements to the base as well as vessels operating in two major types of operations involving national security. That was OP PASIR and OP DAULAT BENUA which is still happening today. Other than that, during serve in KA TAZ he involved in operations involving interventions with common interests such as the Malaysian Army, the Royal Malaysian Air Force and outside parties such as the Royal Malaysian Police, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, the Malaysian Immigration Department and International Shipping Corporation Berhad (MISC Berhad).
He has service experience in various positions including instructor at RMN Leadership Center, President for The Junior Rate Club at Western Fleet Supply Depot, Member of the RMN Education and Training Headquarters (MPPL) in Process Team for Headquarters Quality Award, Innovative and Creative Team Group Member at KA TAZ and several other posts. In addition, he was also involved in the preparation of the initial paperwork for the renovation of the KD SRI TAWAU Naval Base back in 2003.
During his service, he also attended several courses. Among the courses attended are Training Systems (Teaching Techniques, Analysis and Design, Quality Control), Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008), Building English Skills, Crane Operator Course, Developing Dynamic Web Application, EKSA Facilitator, Flight Deck Officer (FDO), Lotus Freelance Basic Course, V3 Inventory Management Course, Record Management, Teaching Techniques (Advanced Trainers), Islamic Law Enforcement Courses and Seminars organized by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).
In addition, he also regularly added his individual skills and has several additional skills courses that he has learned. Among these skills courses are:

He was recipient RMN Education and Training Headquarters (MPPL) for The MPPL Sailor of The Year Award 2007. Then been represents MPPL as a finalist in the RMN 2008 Sailor of The Year Award. His highest achievement was when he was assigned to represent The Royal Malaysian Navy and attend the Sea Power Conference 2019 and later attend the Westerns Pacific Naval Symposium Senior Enlisted Leaders Working Group 2019 (WPNS SELWG) which is a Warrant Officer (WO) seminar involving 24 countries organized by the Royal Navy of Australia (RNA) at Sydney, Australia.
He was married to Mrs. Noribah binti Harun and blessed by two girls and a son. He is passionate about traveling with his family and enjoying the beauty of nature. Enjoys outdoor activities with family and neighbors friends to strengthening the bond of friendship and being The Way of NAVY’s Life.

WO I UWC (I) Md Saidi bin Sidek entered the service of the Royal Malaysian Navy on 30 March 2000 at the TLDM Tanjung Pengelih Recruit Training Center, Pengerang Johor now known as KD Sultan Ismail TLDM Young Soldiers Training Center. Is a recruitment of 184 and has been absorbed into the branch of Seafarers specializing in Warfare Under the Surface Control (PBK), has served 21 years in service and will end his service on March 29, 2026 (26 Years). The Warrant Officer was born in Kampung Durian Chondong Bukit Kepong Muar Johor and is married to Puan Norolhuda binti Soap, now living in Block B5 unit 102 RKTLDM and has been blessed with 4 bright boys.
Warrant Officers have gained various experiences and worked in units such as KD LAKSAMANA TAN PUSMAH, KD LAKSAMANA HANG NADIM, BOSUN MARKAS ARMADA, BOT TUNDA SATU, KD LEKIU, RIGGERS WORKSHOP DEPOT SENGGARA ARMADA, School of Marine Studies, MARKAS KESIAGAAN TLDM, Inspection and Evaluation Division (N10) WEST FLEET GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTERS and KD PELANDOK School of Under -Surface Warfare Studies.
Throughout his service, he showed great interest and desire to continue to serve the RMN in particular and the ATM in general. The Warrant Officer has been directly involved in creating an e-Learning system related to Ship Husbandry which was uploaded in e-MPAB on the 85th TLDM Day. The Warrant Officer has been involved with more than 20 audits and experienced as an instructor for 8 years and attended various exercises. both locally and abroad make him recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Marine Science based on his knowledge and experience. The Waren Officer was entrusted to follow the OHSAS 18001: 2007 Internal Auditor course and was previously assigned as an Employee Health and Safety Officer while serving at the Fleet Maintenance Depot. He also held the position of Administrative Warrant Officer of the School of Under -Surface War Studies at KD PELANDOK.
Good military knowledge in line with rank as well as a person who is dedicated in giving the best to his service has been entrusted to hold the position as Headquarters Warrant Officer was appointed and appointed as the 3rd Lumut Base Headquarters Warrant Officer on 9 Feb 2021.
